1. Operator and contact

CruiseHops is operated by Just One More Feature, s.r.o., company registration number (IČO) 24890154, tax identification number (DIČ) CZ24890154, registered at Jeclovská 795, 588 22 Luka nad Jihlavou, Czech Republic. Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, file 151058. Contact: support@cruisehops.com. These terms apply to cruisehops.com and its MCP integration.

2. What CruiseHops provides

CruiseHops is a free research and comparison service for captured Carnival and Royal Caribbean sailings. It helps you search departures, compare cabin fares, read itineraries and inspect recorded price history. It is an independent service, not a cruise line or an official representative of the cruise lines.

CruiseHops does not sell cruises, reserve cabins, accept payments or manage bookings. Any booking is made directly with the provider you choose, under that provider’s terms. Booking changes, cancellation, refunds and passenger requirements must be handled with that provider.

3. Prices and information

Fares are captured observations, not live quotes or guaranteed availability. Displayed prices are in US dollars per person for the occupancy shown, normally two guests. Cabin, fare, market and event conditions matter. Family totals, taxes, gratuities and other inclusions may require confirmation with the cruise line.

Check the official provider’s final price, availability, itinerary, travel documents and booking conditions before committing to a trip. Historical observations may be incomplete and do not predict future prices. Information may change between collection and your visit.

4. Access and permitted use

No CruiseHops account is needed for the public website or read-only MCP server. An AI host may require its own account or permissions. Users under 16 should use the service with a parent or guardian; the cruise provider’s rules determine who may book and travel.

You may use the website and documented MCP tools for cruise research, including automated assistant requests within the published technical limits. Do not overload the service, bypass rate limits or security controls, misuse personal information, or infringe third-party rights. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the service or address misuse.

5. Content and external services

Cruise-line names, images, descriptions and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. CruiseHops’ presentation, software and original material belong to the operator or their respective licensors. Access does not grant a licence to republish third-party content beyond your applicable rights.

External websites and AI assistants have their own terms and privacy policies. CruiseHops is responsible for its own service; the external provider is responsible for its own offers and transactions.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every record is complete or error-free. We may maintain, change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of suitability for a particular trip.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. CruiseHops recommendations are research assistance; your travel and booking decisions remain yours.

7. Support, complaints and disputes

Contact support@cruisehops.com with the relevant CruiseHops URL and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or passport documents. We will investigate service complaints and respond using the contact details you provide.

Consumers may seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2; information is available at https://adr.coi.cz. Czech law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current text and effective date are published here. The privacy policy separately explains data processing and your choices; using the service does not itself consent to optional analytics.
