Help us find the issue
Include the CruiseHops page link, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time. For a connection issue, include the client name and error message. Never send passwords, API tokens, payment details or passport documents.
For an existing cruise booking
Contact the cruise line or travel agent you booked with. CruiseHops cannot access reservations, take payment, change travel dates or issue refunds.
